  I live in upstate New York and had used this service twice for my sister and mother living in central Florida. Bobby Thomas is professional, knowledgeable and took care of every detail that was required by my family. Since I was 1200 miles away he went out of his way to do the little extras and was very flexible with our unique situation. Everything requested was done as promised and the event went smoothly. The pricing was very reasonable for services received. I am very satisfied with their service.Thank you.

  Went here to get a casket for my father who passed away. The employee their was very helpful in picking out one and arranging everything. The casket was fair priced and looked nice. Would recommend

  During the process, we had questions that we didn't get to ask because they handled every single detail with class, sympathy, and patience. Patience alone was unbelievable and highly needed during this process. It isn't an everyday occurrence, if you are lucky it's one in a very few times you'll need to endure. But knowing their still is good people working in an industry that takes such great care in their customers is so soothing while handling the final chapter in a loved ones life, it gives you a good feeling knowing he or she was fully respected through this process. I would highly recommend Casket Gallery and Cremation Services and will use them again. Thank you to Bobby Thomas and his staff for making everyone feel just as important as our loved one we layed to rest on March 21, 2017.
